Venissa Bianco 2019

160,00

Venissa 2019, the project’s tenth vintage, represents the integrity of the values and ethics that guide Venissa’s project in the vineyard. A wine that celebrates ten years of dedication and passion for natural agriculture. Values that are also reflected in the cellar, under the guidance of Matteo Bisol, adopting winemaking techniques that involve spontaneous fermentations and bottling without filtration.

SEASONAL DEVELOPMENT

The year 2019 was characterised by a cool and rainy spring until the end of May, followed by a hot summer that allowed the vines to grow luxuriantly without stress. The rains of August and September also ensured the necessary water supply, making the harvest easy and smooth, with ripe and healthy grapes.

THE BOTTLE

In Giovanni Moretti’s design, the label makes way for a precious gold leaf created by the current descendant of the ancient Berta Battiloro family. The application was done by hand, and the bottle was then reheated in the furnaces of Murano glassworks.
