The domestic cuisine of the lagoon islands: the
catch of the day is paired with vegetables from Venissa’s nine gardens, which are tended
to each day by the retirees of Burano. The recipes are those of the signore of Burano,
reflecting the seasons and passed on from generation to generation. A simple cuisine in
an utterly unique location: the gardens of the Venissa estate. There is also a place for
boats to dock in front of the entrance that looks onto the lagoon. The menu is intentionally
